Lorne graduated from Macquarie University with a Master of Chiropractic in 2012. She has always had a keen interest in sports, anatomy and the human body and her own experience receiving Chiropractic care from her early teens gave her the passion to follow her Chiropractic career path.
Her Chiropractic degree turned from a rewarding career path to a life long passion in her final year of the Master of Chiropractic when she volunteered for three weeks in the impoverished regions of India through the hands on India project. This project provides chiropractic care and basic medical care to children living in the slums who from the day they could walk perform back breaking work on the river beds, the tea fields and factories. This experience helped Lorne realise that showing care through Chiropractic can help anyone, even if just in a small way.
Lorne has also been teaching special needs, competitive and recreational gymnastics for 10 years at Kogarah RSL youth club and has a great love and passion for children. She has continued this passion for caring for children by undergoing further Paediatric Seminars.
